Front of House Co-Ordinator (Theatre): part-time

(£12,530 – 0.7 full-time equivalent £17,900 pro rata)

Help develop an arts centre in the heart of Oxford that brings the public, artists and homeless people into the same space 

Arts at the Old Fire Station works in partnership with many individual artists, groups and organisations to deliver our programme and services, as well as  hiring our spaces to generate income. As part of our drive to improve customer service and increase the bottom line, we are looking for a part-time Front of House Co-ordinator  to join our Front of House team to develop our customer facing services., with a lead responsibility for the shop.

Part of our unique quality involves working closely with our partner organisation Crisis Skylight Oxford to run the Old Fire Station which includes a totally re-furbished Theatre, Dance Studio, Gallery, Shop, Artists workshops, Café, and classrooms in the heart of Oxford.

We need someone with a commitment to customer service to improve our welcome for audiences and artists alike.  A passion for the arts is a must, as is knowledge  of retail.  Experience  of ticket sales an advantage.  If you would like to join our team in helping to shape this organisation, create a sustainable business and produce something extraordinary, we want to hear from you.  This is a post with plenty of opportunity for development.
