Front of House Co-ordinator (Shop): Part-time

(£12,250 – 0.7 full-time equivalent £17,500 pro rata)

Arts at the Old Fire Station works in partnership with many individual artists, groups and organisations to deliver our programme and services, as well as  hiring our spaces to generate income.

As part of our continued drive to improve customer service and income streams we are looking to appoint a new Front of House Coordinator with a lead responsibility for the shop. They will work closely with our existing FoH Coordinator who has a lead responsibility for the theatre, to ensure a consistent and thorough approach to meeting the front of house needs of the building.  We are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate about customer care with an eye for the bottom line.
