We a changing programme of exhibitions in the main Gallery space, as well as smaller displays in the Shop, the Crisis Skylight Café and the Theatre Entrance Space.
Our programme includes showcasing work that results from partnership projects with Crisis and collaborations with other arts organisations. We are also interested to receive proposals from artists and artists’ groups who are able to self-fund exhibitions that align with our objectives and fit within our exisiting programme.
If you wish to submit a proposal, please include a CV and up to six supporting photos (max 1MB each) of current or relevant previous work, and/or a website link. Desk Space Residency
The Old Fire Station is looking for artists, makers and writers to take up residency in our shop window over a month this summer. The Desk Space Residency looks to open up creative processes and create new dialogues between artists and the public. It will be a chance to see new work being made, as well as artists being inspired by day to day life and the conversations that will come from working in a public place. Apply by 9 May.
